hela Sverige Saab Training & Simulations is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Information Security Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our organizations security compliance program, including developing and implementing policies, procedures and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory and customer security requirements.
What you will do:
You will be an expert in all aspects of information security compliance for applicable regulations (ISO27001, CMMC, NIST etc)
Responsibilities:
* Information security program, policy and procedure documentation, information protection and security awareness
* Driving and developing the work with risk management within the scope of security. Providing subject matter expertise and support within the area. This requires skills to corporate both internally within the Business Unit and with other functions withing the Business Area of Dynamics and Group Functions.
* Conducting Risk Assessments, to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate how these influences the Risk Exposure.
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Staying up-to-date with emerging industry trends and best practices in information security compliance
* Promote a culture of compliance among employees, supporting by explaining and implementing ways of working.
* Participation in compliance/requirement work, both internally and customer/supplier contracts. Covering for example the following areas
* FAR/DFAR; CMMC 2.0 and Cyber Essentials
* Information security (ISO 27001 and customer specific requirements)
* Saab Minimum Level of Compliance for our international sites
* Participate and drive lessons learned
Who you are:
Key skills required:
* Several years of experience in information security and/or experience from other areas of security.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other related field
* Certifications in security or systems control related field: i.e. CISSP, CISA or CISM
* Knowledgeable about CMMC, NIST and ISO27001, from CMMC 2.0 certification preparations projects
* Ability to read and interpret complex documents such as regulatory texts
* Adaptable and open to learning and change
* Team player
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Swedish and English
Primarily, this position is placed at our office in Huskvarna. Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, is frequently occurring.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
