hela Sverige In this role, you will be responsible for the Bank 's tactical and operational security work. You will have the overall responsibility for the Bank 's security protection, including physical security, personell security and crisis management. The responsibilty covers our sites around the Nordics
There is plenty of room for you to structure and drive the development within this area, and to develop to other competence areas within risk & security.
You will be part of a team reporting to the Chief Governance and Risk Officer. The strategic security work takes place in close cooperation with your colleague responsible for information security and continuity management.
What you will do:
• Lead, educate, and follow up on the overall work within Security
• Understand the threat landscape and evaluate threats to ensure business continuity
• Perform risk and security analysis, communicate risk assessment findings, and provide risk remediation guidance to key stakeholders
• Participate in developing and delivering Security Awareness Training
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, as well as setting requirements
• Develop the work with crisis and continuity management where you will contribute to our Crisis & Continuity Management Framework.
• Take an active role in case of security incidents and be part of the crisis management team
• Monitor regulations within the area of security and support the organization with the implementation of new or changed regulations.
• Keep us up to date on trends and news
The role requires that you work closely with experts in information security, privacy/GDPR, and IT security as well as Customer Service and HR.
You are a strong communicator, comfortable working risk-based and a doer!
We believe that you:
Have 5+ years of experience working with Security, either within the private industry, as a police/investigator, or within the military.
Have a University degree or equivalent within business/risk/safety/management or work experience deemed equivalent
Are fluent in Swedish since the main contacts cannot be expected to speak English
such as insurance companies, the police, etc.)
Have very good skills in English
