Epiroc Rock Drills AB is currently looking for a Security Manager, who will play an important role in further developing the security function to be the best in class and to meet the organizational demands to protect our people and core business. This role reports to Managing Director Epiroc Rock Drills AB, servicing all entities of Epiroc in Örebro and Sickla and cooperating with other Epiroc entities in Sweden and the Nordic countries.
Mission
Your mission as a Security Manager is to drive the strategic initiatives within the security area (on-premise, personal, travel security), pro-actively increase security awareness in the company and train managers in security matters based on industry trends and benchmarks. You will be responsible for assuring the security at Epiroc Rock Drills AB is on par with industry standards, is compliant with relevant applicable laws and is managed in a transparent and cost-efficient way. You will be a member of the Epiroc Rock Drills crisis committee and initiate and execute relevant investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy breach in cooperation with relevant parts of our organization, police, customs and insurance companies.
You will have a small team but also work together with other colleagues across the business (e.g. IT Security) to reach the target.
Your profile
As an ideal candidate for this role, you have a University level education and broad competence within security (on-premise, personal, travel security), including experience in Security Risk Management (SRM). You are self-motivated, strategic, initiative and have previous leadership experience. You are familiar with evaluating business cases, investments and also short and long-term planning procedures. You have a proactive and flexible mindset in order to be prepared to adapt to the changes in the outside world related to security.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to work in a structured and calm way and have the ability to see the big picture. In order to reach the target, you need to have a good business understanding and like to cooperate with many parts of our business.
As this role requires a lot of local and global collaboration, a good level of both Swedish and English language is necessary.
