We are currently looking for a Security Manager to support NENT's Risk & Security team at the head office in Stockholm.
The position
NENT Group continues to look for the best and brightest minds to join us on our journey and is currently seeking a Security Manager to support the mission of the Risk and Security function, which is protect our people, safeguard the organization, maintain continuity of operations and enable value creation.
You'll report directly to the Head of Risk & Security and work closely with the Risk Manager and work with stakeholders all around the organization. You'll be the key account manager responsible for third party suppliers, supporting reviews and maintenance of operational security practice and baseline standards at NENT facilities, including travel security and executive protection. An exciting time to be part of a new team with an established function within the company.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Maintain and coordinate the implementation of physical security baseline standards by working closely with facility managers across the group to facilitate, advise and provide guidance on security systems.
Maintain personnel security policies and guidelines, including travel security, executive protection and event security; and provide direct support to the local entities on these issues.
Provide security intelligence to understand global security issues potentially affecting the organisation and its people.
Lead and support the Security Champions network, compiling timely reporting and organizing workshops.
Support the Head of Risk & Security in responding to security issues, supporting local entities and coordinating the response effort
Profile we're looking for
A comprehensive background in a security function within a global organisation or from military or law enforcement background
A comprehensive knowledge of security systems, processes and standards and experience in successfully implementing such systems, processes and standards
An investigative background, ideally with experience in showing understanding of criminal law, Data Protection Act, Bribery and Corruption legislation and Disclosure rules
Excellent communicational skills - both written and spoken in English
