The world is changing rapidly, new threats and security risks are emerging in all areas of our business. To be able to stay ahead, we need to adapt and be proactive in order to find solutions that enable us to do business with a high level of security and awareness of the threat landscape surrounding Saab aeronautics.
We are now looking for a security analyst and lead investigator within Saab Aeronautics. This is a new role and a possibility to build something new. As a security analyst you will produce actionable threat intelligence and threat assessments for our business and you will be responsible for developing and improving that function.
In addition to this you will be the one coordination security related investigations within Aeronautics and developing that area even more. You will be a vital contributor to the development of the security function at Aeronautics as a whole. To take on this challenge, you should find it satisfying and challenging to build something new.
The main tasks are to:
* Provide the organization with actionable threat intelligence/assessments and recommend mitigating actions
* Conduct and coordinate security investigations
More specifically:
* In-depth analysis of security threats and trends in combination with an strategic analysis of the geopolitical situation and markets relevant to Saab and Aeronautics
* Develop, implement and maintain processes, methods and tools for security analysis and investigations
* Conduct trainings and briefings at all levels within Aeronautics and partners/customers
* Work at different time frames, i.e. both long term and short term analysis will be required
* Define and develop ways of working for security analysis and investigations as well as for the security function at large
* Cooperate closely with the security analysis and investigation function within Saab Group as well as other relevant functions at Saab
* We are a global company, we work in an international context, which will require travelling
Your profile
We are looking to find a security analyst and investigator with analytical skills and some experience in performing investigations, preferably within the defence or civilian security sector. You will be responsible for producing security analysis for Saab Aeronautics and our businesses and support the development of Saab Security as a whole. For this reason we look for a person who is comfortable with presenting analysis and advice to senior management and in an international context.
Required skills:

Relevant training and/or background

Minimum five years of relevant experience
*
Documented analytical skills preferably within the defence or civilian security sector
*
Experience in performing investigations
*
Structured, service minded and curious as a person
*
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
*
Excellent knowledge of the threats today and ability to foresee how it could affect our company and also to convert your knowledge to actionable targets for Saab Aeronautics

Trustworthy and high standards of ethics and personal integrity

As we operate in a highly regulated environment, it is desirable that you have an interest in security requirements, both Swedish and international as well as standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800

Eager to learn and develop
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will join a highly professional security function with personnel of different backgrounds and competences. We work mainly within the areas of physical security, information security and personnel security, including travel security. You will report directly to Aeronautics Head of Security and be a part of Aeronautics Security. You will have an arena to develop both the analysis work and also be a vital part of developing the whole function. You will work closely with the Security teams all over Saab as well as other functions. The personnel at Aeronautics Security are working mainly from Stockholm or Linköping and you will probably get the best possible work environment to do so as well.
