Join our mission to pioneer the future of financial services! We are seeking someone who is ready for new challenges and wants to be in it to win it as a team. In this role, you will build and coach a team. You will collaborate across Engineering and Product areas to align and drive the Security Engineering work. You will develop, maintain and drive the security engineering strategy and agenda for SEB Embedded. Furthermore, you will develop and execute on tactical plans that enable successful business and technical outcomes.
What you will do
Keeping in mind that your responsibilities evolve over time. We keep developing our business and improving our ways of working. But, your main responsibilities will be:
General responsibility to drive the security engineering agenda. Including prevention, detection and response, program and operations.
Build and grow a diverse team through hiring as well as mentoring and coaching.
Work with other engineering leaders and stakeholders across the organization on strategic security initiatives and share information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes.
Prioritize and advise on security risks and incorporate solutions into our daily work.
Who you are
Experience as a software and/or security engineering leader. Either as an engineering manager or a technical lead on security engineering-focused projects.
Experience at a product-led growth company or startup.
Experience with security frameworks and security best practices.
Value working with and coaching team members.
The ability to prioritise to achieve business goals.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
