Who are we
Connected Experience is a unit within R&D which includes Connectivity Platform, Infotainment, Car Cloud and Remote Functions, Vehicle Data- & Diagnostics as well as HW and Mechatronics.
The ART Infotainment delivers in-house developed SW in the infotainment domain (driver info, vehicle functions, navi, assistant, base tech etc).
Our mission is to provide a quality infotainment system based on Android and Google Automotive Services with frequent deliveries to keep us in the leading position.
The Cybersecurity team is primarily located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We are now looking for an experienced security engineer to join the team. You will be working with a group of skilled engineers who are currently engaged in development and roll-out of new infotainment functionality.
Protecting what matters most to our car customers by securing our infotainment system from current and emerging threats. Cybersecurity consists of Architecture, Governance, Identity & Access Management, Internal Threat Operations, Issue and Compliance Management, Risk Assessment/Advisory, Security Consulting, Security Operations, Service Optimization and Strategic Planning.
The security engineer will utilize technical knowledge and solid technical experience of security to provide a secure environment for our products.
What you'll do
You'll make sure that the infotainment ART products are matching the Cybersecurity requirements and compliance, you will own the security regulations and requirements. You'll contribute to spread the security awareness among the ART. You are a person that have adopted a lean agile mind-set, have good communication skills, and can collaborate well with Volvo Cars internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced security engineering, who have previous experience in cybersecurity requirements and TARA, HARA analysis, incident management and process development. Knowledge of embedded software development process and compliance and industry best practices, that provide to produce quality software. You probably have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Significant collaboration and communication skills are essential when working in a diverse and international setting. Knowledge in Automotive domain and certifications process added plus.
