• You will belong to Volvo Group's Security Department and work closely both with colleagues from your department such as Regional Security Directors located all over the world, but also in cooperation with people from other organizations within and outside of Volvo Group.
What does a Security Director for Investigations and Analysis work with?
The bigger part of your job involves building trust and good relationships. You will, amongst other things, participate in campaigns with law enforcement and industry bodies to improve public sector agencies' response to crime. This requires you to building relations with these communities and winning trust and support for our company's position and expectations.
Another of your main tasks is to lead highly sensitive and complex investigations. You will coordinate cross -regional investigations plus gather and analyze intelligence to identify eventual threats towards the Volvo Group. You are responsible for creating and developing our processes within the area Investigations and Analysis.
You will report to the Group Security Officer.

Who are you and what is your background?
Since this job is built upon trust, professionalism and building long lasting relationships you need to be excellent within these areas to perform well in this job. You will work with accessing public enforcement community, which is a challenging task by the nature of work, and requires you to be a person with high credibility and extensive experience within the area of law investigations.
We also believe you have
• A relevant degree or comparable education (or combination of these), preferably from the law enforcement
• Experience of conducting and overseeing complex global investigations
• Significant experience of investigating complex counterfeit and theft cases
• Experience and knowledge in threat assessments
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex investigations simultaneously with ability to focus on critical priorities with little or no supervision
• Experience of regional investigations operations
