What is our offer to you?
We offer a chance to, under the lead of the Group Security Officer and in collaboration with the security team and TD/BA, drive and support the delivery of security services for the protection of Volvo Group's people, information, products and assets. You will be a part of Volvo Group Security 's center of expertise and will also act as a back-up for the regions.

What will you work with as Director Information Security for Volvo Group?
You are responsible for the development and comprehensive view of all global information security protective services within the Group. You develop and implement a program, applicable to the whole Group, with the purpose to strengthen the Group's capability and procedures within the area of information security. You will play a key role in us establishing a systematic and proactive approach.
Main job tasks and areas of responsibility:
• Create an expert program, which include managing and supporting the development, implementation and continuous refinement of security policies, directives, standards, guidelines, procedures, tools and instructions.
• Interact with business stakeholders and IT Security partners to understand scenarios, gaps, issues and needs to create relevant sensitive data protection strategies and risk mitigation solutions.
• Evaluate information risk and promote information security awareness within the organization
• Design and implement behavioral cyber security threat identification and mitigation steps
• Develop security based awareness presentations and conduct internal trainings
• Conduct, analyze and evaluate findings from the audit program, internal investigations and reviews and recommend corrective action plans to ensure that risk mitigation activities are accomplished
• Lead and/or coordinate business critical and complex protective initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement, internal stakeholders and the intelligence community
• Participate in campaigns with law enforcement and industry bodies to improve public sector agencies' response to crime in order to engage these communities and successfully articulate and win proper support for the Volvo Group's position and expectations

Who are you?
Since this job is about taking the lead and building something new you need to be a self-starter working across cross-functional lines with little need for directions. We are looking for you who's capable to build and maintain networks with ability to act as spokesperson and adviser.
You also have:
• A relevant degree or comparable education (or combination of these)
• Extensive experience of investigative or data loss analysis
• Strong knowledge of cyber security investigative practices, trends and methodologies
• Experience to present and respond to questions from business
• Experience of working in a complex environment that requires collaboration across functions
• Experience of analyzing and diagnosing situations to develop effective individual, team and/or organizational interventions
• Experience from an international corporate security environment and in conducting and overseeing complex global responses
• Significant experience in conducting complex risk assessments and recommending mitigating actions
• Documented experience to build security programs that will be clearly recognized as a good pragmatic operation
• Demonstrate ability to manage outsourced operations
• Experience from project management
