Group Security ensures that Ericsson's assets are managed and protected. Business success in the networked society demands the protection of the ever-increasing volumes of information.

The Security Competence Manager will develop a creative, engaging, and effective security training and awareness program for Ericsson's workforce, including all aspects of security (information security, physical security, security while traveling, etc.). You will work closely with the Head of Unit and the Group Security Leadership Team to ensure training is aligned with priorities, tracked across the company and effectively measured.

You will report to the Head of Corporate Security.

This role will also build materials that are the basis for training and awareness programs in Market Areas (MA's), Business Areas (BA's), and Group Functions.

The role demands flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and is expected to cover a variety of responsibilities.

You will:
* Drive development and implementation of relevant security training programs, both for all employees and for specific groups.
* Keep and evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that can be taken as a base to measure status, performance and trends.
* Develop and maintain relevant metrics for the training's efficiency.
* Interface with other relevant units within Ericsson to coordinate ongoing work (e.g., IT Security, MA/BA Security, Product Security, etc.).
* Ensure training and awareness alignment with the company's security priorities and strategy.
* Provide status and progress to the Leadership Team.

To be successful in the role you must have:
* At least 5 years of experience in security, or with similar awareness and training programs
* Competence to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, gaining commitment
* Experience in measuring the efficiency of training programs
* Ability to build excellent relations with all partners
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Confidence to present in front of the audience
* Proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred qualifications:
* Understanding of and experience in training and awareness
