As the Security Awareness & Competence Manager you set the strategic direction and continuously improve Security Competence and Awareness within Group Security.
You will play a key part of Group Security's Governance Operations team, ensuring Security Awareness and competence for the entire Ericsson organization. Our team is setting strategic direction for security across Ericsson worldwide.
Important personality traits are your ability to collaborate, analyze and influence. You will work closely together with teams across Ericsson which means you need to have good people- and coordination skills. Self-motivation and drive will be key, along with the ability to see opportunities for continuous improvement and inspire change.

What you will do
The Security Competence Manager sets the strategic direction and continuously improves Security Competence and Awareness within Group Security. The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and is expected to effectively cover a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Driving development and implementation of relevant security training programs, both for all employees and for specific groups.
Driving awareness initiatives for both all employees and for specific groups.
Developing and maintaining/evolving KPIs that can be taken as base to measure status, performance and trends.
Developing and maintaining relevant metrics for the effectiveness of training and awareness efforts.
Interfacing other relevant units within Ericsson to coordinate ongoing work (e.g., IT Security, MA/BA Security, Product Security, etc.).
Ensuring training and awareness efforts aligning with the company's security priorities and strategy.
Presenting status and progress to the Group Security Leadership Team.
Participating in GS developing governance models, processes, methods, routines, and tools to ensure efficiency of the security strategy.
You will bring
At least 5 years of experience in security, or with similar awareness and training programs.
An ability to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing and gaining commitment.
A competence in measuring effectiveness of training and awareness programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong ability to present with confidence in front of an audience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
An understanding of business impact and risk-based decision making.
Coordinating and project management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
ISO 27001 knowledge.
CISM, SANS Security Awareness Professional are preferred but not required.
Additional Qualifications taken into consideration:
IT Security Business Process Knowledge and Group Management Systems.
Analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, proven teammate.
Change and Improvement Management Skills.
