We are now looking for an experienced Security Architect to improve customer, market, and employee trust in Ericsson's security brand by recognizing emerging trends, risks, business needs and redefining it into Security solutions for our customers.
We are looking for someone to drive & lead security initiatives and execution for important customers with an End-to-End approach, with an emphasis on customers in Spain & Portugal.
You will provide security architectural leadership and vision for the customer engagement. Challenge how things are done to build trust, business value & get results. Inspire the organization to create business enabling security solutions, methods, and tools to support Ericsson's business operations. Provide leadership and courage in stressful situations such as a crisis and or difficult investigations.
What you will do
Drive important customer security initiatives End-to-End.
Drive the security architecture for the ATO (Automation & AI Transformation Office) Portfolio.
Manage the security governance & projects security needs in line with customer, global and local requirements. Align with relevant processes & functions to provide advice and support to the CU (Customer Unit) UK&I & CU IB.
Work with the ATO Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developer- and Operations teams to make sure all relevant products and solutions has the right level of security through the entire lifecycle.
Act as interface between the CU, the Business Areas, the customer and the local authorities for all questions and requirements in the context of latest and upcoming security legislation and regulation. You will align this to provide input about local security requirements to the relevant product and supply organization.
Perform security Gap-analysis and remediation planning with customers.
Be a trustworthy security speaking partner.
Ensure that all security related incidents are addressed, including IT incidents
Coordinate the vulnerability management process and remediation efforts
Conduct security process awareness trainings & audits across the projects & follow-up for closure of action items.
Provide preparation for security related audits & assessments performed by internal and external audit parties and coordinate the remediation effort of any identified non-conformities / observations.
Collaborate closely with assigned Customer Security Director & Enterprise Security to proactively foresee & highlight customer security risks, issues, and concerns
Contribute to the customer security strategy
Drive security culture
Establish and drive risk management along with defining the roadmap for risk mitigations for the relevant customers
Represent Ericsson in the field of security towards local authorities, customers, and relevant ecosystems and public forums.
You will bring
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience determined by the employer
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in security in the telecom industry with knowledge of telecom products, technologies, and terminologies.
Domain experience: Security Architecture, Security & Privacy frameworks, Project Security, Telecom Security, Cyber Security & Cloud Security.
Good knowledge of ISO-27000 series, NIST 800-series, GDPR, Risk-, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business Continuity- and Crisis Management.
Full Professional Proficiency in the English language
Preferably Professional Proficiency in the Spanish language
