Description
Are you ready for a new challenge contributing to the Security department at Tetra Pak in Lund?
We are looking for a dedicated professional to deliver, contribute, coordinate and further improve our Security department.
In your new role you will work independently and perform "hands on" activities in order to improve the development within the area of expertise.
You will for example drive the development and implementation of security solutions, establish security awareness in the organisation and perform risk assessment in close cooperation with our internal stakeholders and clients. Furthermore you follow the latest development and trends and benchmark within the field of security in order to keep up the highest standards now and in the future. You will have possibilities to influence and contribute with your skills since the role offers varied tasks.
The team in Lund you will belong to consists of two other colleagues working in the same department and you are reporting to the Security Manager, AB Tetra Pak.
The position will be based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Overview technical systems and drive technical security projects
• Drive, develop and coordinate activities within Physical security, Fire safety, and Risk Management
• Perform risk analysis and audits of company compliance regarding security policies, procedures & guidelines
• Communicate and counsel cross functional
• Take part in implementations of trainings and awareness activities
• Assist and develop work within the field of internal policies, procedures & guidelines in alignment with Swedish Law
• Create and develop technical documentation and instructions
Qualifications
We think that you have a few years of work experience within the area combined with technical interest and extensive collaborative skills. In order to succeed in the role you need to take initiatives and drive your own agenda considering the balance with working in a team to achieve common goals. You possess the ability to process and interpret information, predict consequences, establish conclusions and detect patterns navigating with integrity, trust and credibility.
Excellent communications skills both in Swedish and English will be required.
