As our leader for safety and fire protection you are responsible for our facilities in Uppsala and Brunna. You have a central role in ensuring that our preventive fire protection, our emergency preparedness and our security meet the high demands placed on our operations.
At Fresenius Kabi AB we offer an interesting and developing assignment where you are expected to contribute to both the maintenance and constant improvement of the company's security and fire protection management.
Fresenius Kabi Sweden with facilities in Uppsala and Brunna produce Parenteral Nutrition, IV Drugs, Additives and Raw Materials both for our own product portfolio and external customers.
We have around 1100 employees. The majority is working in the production
Your assignments You are the company's expert support in safety and fire protection issues
You are Responsibile for security issues, both operational and strategic
You are responsible for the systematic fire protection work
You take care of locks, alarm and access control systems
You report and investigate fire-related near misses and incidents
You ensure that relevant laws, regulations and internal requirements are implemented in the organization
You strongly cooperate with authorities and insurance company
You organize the emergency preparedness
You carry out trainings for all employees in your area of responsibility
You run projects within the area of responsibility
You participate in budget work
Your profile At least 5 years' experience in security and fire protection or in a similar field
Good knowledge and experience of working with fire protection and security
You are comfortable in structuring and taking responsibility for your work, adapting to changing circumstances and seeing opportunities for change
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
Work experience from the pharmaceutical or process industry is a merit
As a Security and Fire Protection Leader , you have the courage to act according to your own convictions, you are meticulous and place great emphasis on delivering quality and meeting set goals. You cooperate easily with other people, listen to and are sensitive to the opinions of others while ensuring that others understand your message or expectations. Fresenius Kabi in Sweden Fresenius Kabi Sweden with facilities in Uppsala and Brunna produce Parenteral Nutrition, IV Drugs, Additives and Raw Materials both for our own product portfolio and external customers.
We have around 1100 employees. The majority is working in the production site in Uppsala (producing parenteral nutrition which is administered intravenously, for example Intralipid,Kabiven and Structokabiven, as well as supplements such as Vitalipid. We also produce anaesthesia such as Diprivan and Propofol.), that was established in 1999, while the API production Sales- (around 200 persons) is located in Brunna, Stockholm. Travels between the sites will occure, you will need a drivers license and access to car.
