We are looking for a Security and Crisis Coordinator. The position will be part of the Security team that is responsible for coordinating activities between Security, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Fire Prevention/Protection and other projects to mitigate risks at the Uppsala site.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Security and crisis coordinator will support and manage the Uppsala site with knowledge and expertise in order to maintain and enhance our security and crisis management capabilities. The Security and crisis coordinator will work with all levels on site to implement awareness, methods and actions to enhance security and crisis management capabilities. You will report to the Security and Business continuity Manager for GE Healthcare, Sweden.
Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for the security guard and physical security on site with included budget.
Maintain and improve all physical security systems.
Identify, mitigate and manage security risks on site.
Participate in projects and coordinate Security, IT and IT Security initiatives.
Support and coordinate Crisis Management and preparedness training on site.
Secondary responsibilities:
Implement methods for preventing loss of GE Healthcare intellectual property.
Support security incidents investigations.
Travel security analysis and training

Documented Security management experience.
Experience in Crisis Management and/or Emergency response.
EU work permit.
Desired Characteristics:
The position of Security and Crisis Coordinator should be able to manage projects independently as well as work together with the department and others as a strong team player. The Security and Crisis Coordinator should have solid planning skills.
