We are looking for an IT security analyst who can act on policies, processes and systems that represent financial, regulatory, operational or reputational risks to Dustin. We expect that you will take the role of a subject matter expert with respect to data privacy as well as ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and other upcoming legislation. The recruiting manager for this position is Robert Ekvall who is Information Security Manager at Dustin.
About the role
As an Information Security Analyst at Dustin, you will help deliver on Information Security initiatives and be responsible for the identification, tracking and management of enterprise risks. This includes performing risk assessments and measuring the success and effectiveness of mitigation efforts. Identifying, evaluating, testing and implementing appropriate security products, tools, and systems to establish and ensure a secure infrastructure will also be a part of the responsibilities.
The role is accountable for ensuring that appropriate controls are in place for the security of information assets. You safeguard information by seeing that security risks are identified, assessed and accurately reported. You provide an advisory services role and acting as the focal point for security compliance related activities and responsibilities.

About you
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, project and team-building skills, including the ability to drive projects and initiatives in multiple departments
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects
• Able to communicate with diverse audiences; explain technical topics to those without a technical background
What you bring
• Masters in Cyber security, Information Security, Computer Science, System Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years plus experience in similar position.
• Windows Platform, Network Security, Security Design, Security Protocols and implementing security solutions.
Meritorious to have
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP)
• Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)
