About the job
The role of Security Analyst is a vital component in Minna Technologies' Information Security Team. This team plays a key role in making sure product teams are able to comply with the security processes and policies in place. The Information Security team consists of our Head of Compliance, Payment Service Manager and yourself. They are an agile team who is always looking for ways to improve, your experience and curiosity will help them do that.
As a member of the team you will contribute to their information security policies and the choices they make. Their aim is to create a state-of-the-art technical environment and you'll play a key role in that undertaking! With your acquired knowledge of the system and your technological background, you will support the product teams and act as a bridge between our Compliance area and the Technical area.
Skills we are looking for
A passion for technology and information security
Experience of implementing risk-based security controls and processes
Knowledge of applicable laws and security standards i.e. ISO/IEC 27001:2013, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NY-CRR etc.
Good knowledge of computer networking
Stakeholder management
Great communication skills through providing training & writing policies.
An eye for details will enable you to foresee future problems
Comfortable working in a startup environment
What you'll do
Collaborate with the Product Teams to improve and ensure great security while helping them comply with our policies
Make concrete recommendations for security measures to the product teams
Conduct security analysis of our solutions
Organize efforts in the scenario of a security breach
Ensure general security awareness in the organization together with the Information Security Team
Shoulder the Sales Teams to answer bank's 3rd party supplier assessments
Support Head of Compliance with expertise for writing policies
