IODT (Inter-Operability Development Test) section is responsible to lead verification of the interpretation and implementation of 3GPP standards in real environment between different parties/UE and chipset vendors and identify and solve issues as early as possible. The section includes team leaders, lab managers, and coordinators.
What you will do
Lead IODT Test Strategy within Networks RAN.
Drive IODT Labs' transition to Cloud and 6G.
Build capabilities across sites with IODT managers.
Enhance future competence development.
Strengthen relationships with programs and product lines.
Implement tools to boost efficiency and test quality (ML/AI).
The skills you bring
University-level technical education or equivalent.
5+ years as a leader/manager in Ericsson R&D.
Experience in SW product development E2E and IODT.
Knowledge of radio baseband/protocols is a plus.
Strong leadership aligned with Ericsson's core values.
Strategic and customer-focused mindset.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden.
