We are looking for a Section Manager to work with our expert Process Design team of 9 Application Specialists and Principal Engineers.

What you'll do
At Customized Bioprocess Solutions (CBS) we tailor products for our customers when Cytiva' s standard range of products do not meet customer requirements. The global CBS team, with approx. 250 associates at three sites in Sweden and China, drives all aspects of the Bioprocess Downstream customized hardware business including sales support, project management, process- and hardware design, verification and delivery.
Development of team and individuals that can provide deep application and technical support needed to win and deliver superior customized project solutions.
Being a key stakeholder in identifying market trends and drive our preparedness to serve those needs.

Who you are
Experience from team leadership.
A strong leader that can help co-workers to excel and grow.
Experience from Biopharma.
BSc, MSc, PhD in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical engineering or related Life Sciences field or similar via area experience.
Applying science and technology to create business value.
Enjoy working with a broad responsibility from strategic year long perspective to daily/weekly management.
A strong communicator, good at building trust and communicating professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
Structured and clear thinker, with good ability to analyze complex settings and help team to build efficient processes.
The ability to speak the "technical language" of the customer.
Proficiency in English, both written and oral
