The section Performance, Drivability & Driver Assistance is responsible for developing the complete vehicle attributes Performance, Performance feel, Drivability and Driver Assistance. In the Driver Assistance, all requirements setting for current vehicles as Pilot Assist and future Autonomous Drive is included. They are 8 people who is responsible for research and development the Performance, Drivability and Driver Assistance.
As Section Manager Performance and Drivability you will be to be built up the team that will be responsible for defining the complete vehicle requirements giving confidence feel and comfort to new levels. Further, you will have the responsibility for the attribute delivery by your section, as well to manage the team for balancing the customer offer and optimised the customer experience.
Main responsibilities

Required qualifications
* Ph.D or M.Sc. University degree in engineering (engineering physicist, chemistry control) or similar engineering
* Driver's license B
* Experience of leading a team
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
Personal qualities
* Good communication skills
* Problem-solving mindset
* Pro-active and interest for networking
