Section Manager Diagnostics
As Section Manager you will be leading a global team developing the product diagnostics of today as well as tomorrow. Together with your colleagues and co-workers you will find yourself in a global environment spanning four continents coming together in delivering diagnostic solutions to customers using our products all over the world.
Your responsibility is to lead the section and manage deliveries in start cost, maintenance and advanced engineering projects. You are also expected to drive change by continuously driving for a LEAN Engineering setup. In this position you will also be part of the Diagnostic Engineering management team, and report to the Director of Diagnostic Engineering.

Qualifications
• Master's degree in engineering within Electrical, Physics, Mechatronics field or equivalent
• 5 years of experience working within the domain of Automotive Embedded Software
• At least three to five years of line management experience within global Automotive environment
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written

You have leadership experience from management positions and you are known for your integrity and trust as well as your abilities to build effective teams and motivating others. It is a merit if you have experience from a global automotive environment with colleagues and products spanning several parts of the world having experienced different cultures and the built in strength of an also otherwise diverse work environment.
You are an individual comfortable with driving progress autonomously and as a part of a management team, emphasizing the expected ability to comfortably communicate with people well-versed in the domain as well as those who are not. We believe you are passionate about and understand the importance of LEAN engineering. You know how it is realized and also dependent on AGILE tools and methods.
Together with your passion, drive and managerial courage you lead and develop the Diagnostics organization towards reaching inspiring and challenging goals on the road map constantly evolving for this domain.
