Integrated RAN Software Engineering is one of the three new Engineering Units in Business Area Networks, responsible for the end-to-end development for our Integrated RAN software and Compute products, including product and sub-system performance, as well as optimization of integrated software development flows.

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader, you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
The CI and SW production (CIP) sector in PEU RAN Performance is responsible for Node CI and Baseband CI. As a manager for Ci and SW Production unit, you will handle a group of developers. Together with your peers, you will be part of the CI and SW production community within Integrated RAN Software.

MSc or BSc level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent level of knowledge.
A minimum of 5 years of experience.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
An ability to build relationships and networks across organizational boundaries.
Experience from Agile and lean principles and methods are an advantage.
Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
Good understanding of the full development flow.
