Right now, we're on the lookout for a phenomenal manager to lead one of our sub-departments. This sub-department, which we fondly call a section, focuses on the charging system and power distribution. It's an opportunity to lead a fantastic team of diverse individuals who excel in design and testing. Not only will you be involved in exciting projects with Scania and TRATON, but you'll also collaborate with external Charging Equipment Manufacturers.

Your profile
We're looking for someone like you: a dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess exceptional skills in product development and especially in team management as well as inefficient processes.
Your passion for growth allows you to expand our organization while ensuring high productivity.

Your creative and enthusiastic mindset enables you to handle multiple complex challenges effortlessly. And you have a knack for questioning established routines, always seeking opportunities for improvement.

We believe that you probably have several years of experience as a manager or as a leader. As a leader, you believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders, inspiring and motivating others to work towards a goal.

As our section manager, responsible for five first-line managers, you'll be leading the way alongside your own management team. Together, we'll conquer new frontiers with proactive leadership, smart planning, and setting goals that drive the section forward (we're all about those OKRs!).
Your role will involve driving the development of the section, finding the perfect balance between product innovation, personal growth for your team members, and effective work methods. Plus, you'll have ample opportunities to influence the development of our management team and shape the overall direction of our department.
