hela Sverige Role Summary:CBS (Customized Bioprocess Solution) department is situated in Uppsala, Umeå and Shanghai. We quote, project lead, design, manufacture, verify and support installs of custom made biopharma manufacturing equipment.We are expanding our offering within industrial automation and are looking for an additional section manager to lead one of the automation teams.Essential Responsibilities:The Automation section manager position will report to the CBS leader, and is a member within the CBS leadership team. You will be responsible for all automation software based upon our own trademarked SCADA system that controls our hardware products. You will be managing a team size of approximately 15 people.Key responsibilities: Set a long- and short-term plan for the team Staff leadership (ensuring competence, resources and EHS) Ensuring quality of work performed via the team Developing tools and processes Supporting project managers delivering customer ordersFor questions, please contact recruiting manager Thomas Djerfh by e-mail:
