The bwin.party Stockholm office is now looking for a Section Head Product Poker, a role in which you will ensure the successful planning, scoping and implementation for your poker product areas, and may manage multiple projects at one time, both managing a team of Product Managers, as well as hands on working on projects yourself.
Your responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective implementation of product development programmes for the Poker product, own the product strategy, roadmap and user experience for a specific product area within Poker.
• Collecting and generating new product ideas and introducing enhancements to the existing poker product, embedded in the bwin.party gaming platform, and driving the development of the bwin.party suite of your Poker products across all channels and brands with the goal to enable commercial success as measured in revenue, EBITDA and market share.
• Supervise one or more Product Managers. This includes the resource planning of your team, guidance of product strategy, roadmap and scope, spec review and escalation handling as well as fall back for individual contribution.
• You will be an important contributor to meeting the vertical commercial and budgeted objectives and delivering against its strategy including the delivery of post merger synergies in the form of poker network migrations with minimal migration loss.
Your profile:
• University degree in Business, MBA or similar.
• Proven online product management experience within an online gaming environment, particularly within Poker.
• Excellent business acumen
• Technical understanding and experience is desired in processes, procedures and concepts
• Experience in both waterfall and agile development methodologies like scrum is needed.
• Understanding of software development processes are essential
• Experience in player journey/user experience and web/software user interface development
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven and detail-orientated with strong analytical, problem-* Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
• Proven ability to work effectively with internatiinternational, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry
• Bachelor or MBA degree
