hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Embassy of Pakistan i Stockholm The Embassy of Pakistan in Stockholm, accredited to Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Latvia, is currently looking for a Secretary.
Some of the tasks of the secretary include:
• Secretarial work
• Routine work such as attending to incoming telephone calls, answering queries etc.
• Translation of articles and documents from Swedish to English
• Liaison with various organisations, enterprises and the Swedish Government offices
• Assistance in organisation of delegations and events
• Contribute in other miscellaneous tasks as and when required
The starting net monthly salary would be SEK 18,500:- In addition, the Embassy would also pay for the social security contribution of the employee directly to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). The income tax would however be paid by the employee himself/herself directly to the Tax Agency.
The Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, good IT-skills and must be fluent in English and Swedish. Previous experience in similar work is desirable. The candidate should also be outgoing, flexible and be prepared to work in a multicultural environment.
