Working as a Technical Delivery Lead and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company. In your role at Information Platform Department, you will deliver big data for the entire SEB. As a trainee you will work with exciting projects and with the goal to work smarter, more efficient and build products with AI, machine learning and big data engineering useful for all departments within SEB.

YOUR TRAINEE POSITION AND YOUR TEAM
The department Information Platform is actively working on SEB 's vision to become an automated and data-driven bank. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different stakeholders within the whole of SEB with a focus on creating new internal IT solutions. The initiatives involved could be areas such as analysing chat logs and stock data or improving and developing existing products, to make sure they are suitable for all divisions at SEB. You will act like an internal advisor regarding IT solutions and coordinating ongoing initiatives.
From day one, as a Technical Delivery Lead trainee, you will be part of real initiatives where you will build AI and machine learning capabilities. You will have a tutor who will guide and support you in your daily work at Information Platform. You will also work independently on your use cases. You will also work to improve the present and invent new tech development tools.
Your future manager, Mervan Yildiz, describes the work at Information Platform Department:

We are looking for people who can challenge us and we will do everything we can for you to get a kick-start career in SEB. In return, we ask for this:
* an academic degree in Computor Science, Engineering or equivalent (it is meriting if you also have taken courses in Economics or Business Administration)
* you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
* fluent in written and spoken English
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad.
You are an innovative person who strives to simplify products and processes. Since you will work closely with stakeholders in different initiatives it is important that you are communicative and can drive the projects forward. You have an interest in technology and want to use your creative mind to find smarter IT solutions or to develop existing products.
