Working as an Investment Strategist and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.In your role at Investment Strategy you will work in an attractive area where we aim to deliver financial services to high-net-worth individuals and foundations. Private Banking is a core business at SEB with high ambitions on development and growth. You will take an active role as an Investment Strategist trainee, contributing with your fresh insights and ideas. As well as, adding the sustainability perspective while also developing new and edgy solutions for Private Banking clients at SEB.

YOUR TRAINEE POSITION AND YOUR TEAM
In your role, you will bring new ideas and contribute with hands-on work into the business development process at Private Banking, always with a sustainability perspective in mind. You will work with different initiatives and collaborate with colleagues at Private Banking, as well as other parts of the division Corporates & Private Customers (C&PC). The mission at Private Banking is greater than only providing the own organisation with attractive customer solutions, it also involves cooperation regarding investments offerings to our division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions.
As an Investment Strategist you are involved in work ranging from analysis with a risk and profitability perspective, to preparing presentations and meeting our customers. The team consists of 17 colleagues in Stockholm. The team is international so you will also have colleagues in the Nordic countries, Luxemburg, London and Singapore.

We are looking for people who can challenge us and we will do everything we can for you to get a kick-start career in SEB. In return, we ask for this:
* an academic degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent
* you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
* fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad.
You are a person with great social skills who believes in collaboration to achieve more since we strongly think teamwork increases performance. We imagine that you are highly motivated by investments and sustainability and that you continuously seek to develop your competence. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capacity is important in this role.
