Working as a Delivery Accelerator Engineer and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company. In your role at the Technology Department you will, during the trainee programme, focus on building an extensive network with colleagues all over SEB. You will use your network and gather cross-functional teams, where IT and business collaborate to find innovative solutions. YOUR TRAINEE POSITION AND YOUR TEAM
As a Delivery Accelerator Engineer, you will lead cross-functional teams who are working with initiatives having the goal to develop new digital solutions for SEB 's customers. In this role you will take part in the software progress at SEB, as well as driving the digital development in the financial industry.
You will be managing initiatives by using tech development tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Openshift, Splunk, Elastic and Cloud. You will also be responsible for getting people to work together in a creative and communicative way. Our way of working is agile coaching, development of processes and delivery quality as well as producing technical ideas and solutions.
Your future manager, Johan Hansson, describes the work at Delivery Accelerator:

WE WANT YOU!
We are looking for people who can challenge us and we will do everything we can for you to get a kick-start career in SEB. In return, we ask for this:
* a master 's degree in Engineering combined with Business, Industrial Engineering Management or equivalent
* you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
* fluent in written and spoken English
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad.
You are a creative producer with innovative ideas and a solution oriented mindset. In this role, you will be able to use your creative skills in a collaborative environment. You will take responsibility and act to make things happen in order to reach specific goals in the progressing initiatives. Being curious about forming new digital solutions and possibilities will help you in this inventive role.
