Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.

Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company's operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.

Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for a Search Account Coordinator

The Search Account Coordinator vendor will be the partner from the current Strategic Search Account Manager to support in campaign optimization and implementation on the set of defined customers. Next to that the Strategic Search Account Coordinator will build relationships with highly valued Strategic Search advertisers. The individual in this role will support the advertisers together with the Strategic Search Account Coordinator and the Strategic Search Account Director by building and implementation of accounts, through customer support and data-driven solutions. The individual in this role will bring search knowledge, customer obsession, a passion for innovation and best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results over time.

Our customers' International Strategic Search Ad Sales is a worldwide Sales, Marketing and Services organization. Together with Corporate - the organization for SMB Search Ad Sales - are on the cutting edge of the digital advertising industry, helping our customer solidify its position as a technology provider that powers the buying and selling of digital advertising across all aspects of our digital portfolio. We empower advertisers around the world through sales and marketing to our customers; provide services such as technical support, ad and traffic quality, to ensure healthy platform and marketplace performance; and delivers critical team enablement to support sales excellence, employee readiness and engagement, and best in class operating models.

• Agency / advertiser portfolio and account planning. Utilizing data analytics and insights and collaborating with assigned account team, the Account Coordinator will help develop and action on strategic account and portfolio plans for top tier advertisers. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate level of service is delivered to capitalize on opportunities within the book of business.

• Model exceptional account coordination that delivers sales and service excellence. Bring competitive and industry insights and media experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations. Partner with account team to exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, feature updates, marketplace knowledge, resolving technical issues and expertise in ads.

• Develop collaborative relationship with account team. Support the account team in their drive for growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account team and key partners. Utilize relationships to provide seamless account management, a united front to customers and ultimately enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations. Develop short and long term solutions and discuss/act upon optimization opportunities.

• Continually develop industry knowledge and grow professionally. Develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the search industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace and provide insights to the advertiser/agency. Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across the ad platform.

This is the ideal candidate requirements we are looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Demonstrated passion for search and technology and its use in driving customer satisfaction

• Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
• Infectious sense of enthusiasm, fun, and imagination associated with a group committed to developing the best search sales experiences in the world
• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree (MA, MBA, PhD) preferred
• 1+ years working in a sales or customer service organization
• 1+ years search advertising experience o 1+ years of experience working with relevant Online advertising toolsets
• High competence level with Excel, knowledge of Outlook, Power Point

• Customer focused

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in English and have a Swedish working permit already in place. The temp position as Search Account Coordinator has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients' Swedish office in Kista.
