Do you have experience of Systems engineering and want the challenge to draw up new ways of working with sealing technology?
At the heart of what we do! Sealing Technologies is one of Tetra Pak's Key Competencies. Our key competencies are defined as crucial for the successful execution of the company strategy, are specific to our business and difficult to obtain externally. It is critical that they be developed within Tetra Pak.
We are now recruiting a Sealing Systems Engineer, reporting to the manager Sealing Systems. The entire organisation consists of approximately 50 people in five teams located in Modena and in Lund. This position is based in Lund.
Your main objectives will be to:
• Be an expert of translating needs into interface, system and process requirements and to manage these requirements in specifications
• Be an expert of requirement validation procedures
• Be responsible for setting up an internal system for knowledge management and specifications
• Guide the technology ownership groups and technology development projects within Sealing Technology in requirement definition and validations

Good networking and communication skills will be some of your success factors. We believe you also have the capacity to motivate and support others. You need to be of a practical nature in order to convert vague requirements to concrete as well as having the ability to set up strategies for the work within Sealing Technology.
Your preferred education is a university degree in Engineering and a minimum of three years working experience from Systems Engineering. Practical experience of Six Sigma methodology or other quality improvement working methods is appreciated. Previous knowledge or understanding of the Packaging Industry is a merit but not a must and fluency in English is mandatory.
