hela Sverige Are you a collaborative and results-driven individual with a passion for product development? Husqvarna is now seeking a talented Scrum Product Owner (SPO) to join our dynamic team in our Robotics department. As a SPO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and driving the successful delivery of innovative solutions to our customers.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Product Manager to define the desired outcomes, features, value, and priority that will shape our product roadmap. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional squads, ensuring the timely execution of key milestones and the fulfilment of our product vision.
One of your core responsibilities will be to break down large Epics into smaller, actionable User Stories. By doing so, you will reduce risks and provide the development team with clear direction and clarity. To drive efficiency and transparency, you will set sprint goals in collaboration with the squads before each sprint begins.
Your role will also involve active participation in Timebox sync meetings, fostering communication and alignment with other squads within our Digital Solutions (DS) R&D department. Managing dependencies with other services will be essential to maintain smooth and seamless development processes.
A key aspect of your responsibility will be gathering and analyzing requirements from the Product Manager and external stakeholders. You will meticulously maintain and update these requirements in our designated tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your expertise in requirement writing will enable you to effectively communicate and share these requirements in a format that is easily understood and valuable to all tribe members.
As the go-to person for tribe members, you will provide guidance and answer questions related to requirements, offering valuable insights into their status and progress. Additionally, you will take charge of coordinating activities related to the translation process, ensuring that language and cultural aspects are appropriately addressed.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Scrum Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
