We are looking for Scrum Masters who want to take the next step in their career. Do you love to network, learn new things and be in the heart of an organization?
Picture this: You are in a crowded room, office or hybrid, with your team of 7-9 people: Product Owner, Architect, Developers and sometimes a BA or UX. Your team is given the trust to make the decisions that are best for the service you deliver, and you collaborate together with other teams to sort out your interfaces in the best way you can. Your focus will primarily be to support this team. Yes: One Scrum Master - one team.
You get lots of good support from different people around you, both in your program and the line where you belong. And the best of all: You have a great bunch of Scrum Master colleagues in your close surrounding who love to share inspiration and challenges with one another.
Apart from working with your team and sharing inspiration and challenges with your colleagues you will be able to help out in other aspects of our organization as well. When the team needs you, you are there to support - and when you have time to do other things, you have many different opportunities where you can make a difference. • You have been working as a Scrum Master before and have had other leading roles in your career.
• You understand what an organization is about and are looking for a new opportunity with interesting challenges, strong ownership, and the freedom to set up and explore new ways of working together with your team.
We believe that you bring:
Academic degree within Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant experience. Several years of solid professional experience in the area and in the role Servant Leadership
Needed Competence:
• Fluent English, in both speech and writing
• Experience of DevOps
• Experience of Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Great communication skills
• Coaching skills
• Leading yourself and the ability to adapt your approach/work to different team constellations and maturity stages.
Valuable Competence:
• Experience of Confluence and Jira
• Experience in driving change initiatives in an organization

Please note:
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The preferred work location for this position is Gothenburg to be able to work close to your team.
