Job Description
Our product area is called Analytics and Data Platforms and our teams are responsible for all data processing, reporting and advanced analytics capabilities across the whole value chain. This means tons of data and unlimited learning opportunities.

You will join the product area and according to your interests, experience and competencies, will work with one of our product teams. You and your team leverage modern software engineering principles and techniques to build robust data solutions for our entire value-chain, in assortment, production, logistics, sales, marketing and others business areas. We hope you appreciate working in autonomous teams, have a hands-on attitude and believe that no challenge is too big if we have the right support and tools in place.
We appreciate a multitude of technical backgrounds, but we believe you will enjoy working here if you're passionate about data and have worked hands-on with data warehousing and analytics in the past or Cloud-based technologies.
The Scrum Master supports the team on their understanding of Agile and deliver a product. It is the Scrum Masters role to coach the team agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and shield them from external distractions. Scrum Master brings the Product Owner and the team together and helps them understand each other. The Scrum Master helps the team to organize and optimize the work with the incidents and problems and lead the team towards devops setup.
Qualifications
Have several years of experience as a Scrum Master with remote teams
Have experience in working with Scrum
Are a natural leader with interest in both people and technology, with excellent coaching skills and you bring high level of energy and motivation
Have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting tools'
Have experience in Value Proposition Definition, Product Roadmaps and OKR Methodologies
Have a background within software development activities and an education within engineering or similar
Embrace change and have an open mind
Have ability to build relations with different types of people and roles and strong leadership skills
Have strong problem solving skills - able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholder
Have excellent communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus
Advantage if you also have:
been working with cloud technologies
knowledge within Analytics
experience in Scrum of Scrums
previous experience from implementing agile in large development organizations
Agile coaching experience and have worked with Kanban
We welcome applications from varied backgrounds in data and analytics.
Tools: Jira Cloud, Confluence, Sharepoint, ServiceNow or any other Incident management tool and Power BI is a plus.
