As a Scrum Master within battery development for Traton electric vehicles, you'll take on the exciting challenge of organizing, monitoring, and leading current and future projects. Your Tasks
You will work closely with a Product Owner and your team and your main task is to be the team leader and ensure a steady team flow. Alongside with this you will also work with various cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Production, and Procurement. This collaboration is essential for prioritizing and aligning our efforts toward common goals. You will balance a holistic perspective with a willingness to delve into details.
About You
You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by focusing on continuous feedback and coaching to ensure a well-functioning team. Drive process improvements to enhance time to market, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our product introductions. to be a Lean-Agile enthusiast who understand product development processes and preferably have experience with Lean-Agile methods.
to have project management skills and bring your leadership background to the table.
to feel secure in the English language both in writing and orally.

ability to communicate with colleagues on all levels
We think that if you have competence in electrification or embedded systems technology it is considered as a merit.
