We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our BI Sales Store team. You will get to know H&M's core business and be part of the team that provides BI solutions to the Sales Store business area. The BI solution is part of a larger Data Warehouse and supports business in taking fast and accurate day to day sales driving decisions. The team maintains and develops new functionality for the solution, together with other BI teams and in coordination with surrounding systems. The
Data Warehouse is an H&M initiative supporting several business functions, and is included in the BI delivery area at H&M.
As a Scrum Master you will coordinate the daily work within the team, which is located both in Stockholm and offsite. You will handle incoming change requests from business, prioritize and set plans together with the System Responsible. You will daily collaborate with different stakeholders in an extensive network. You will also get the chance to take on other responsibilities such as requirements analysis.
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience from acting as a Scrum Master or similar. To be successful in this role you are dedicated, open-minded and have a true interest in constantly improving agile ways of working. You enjoy coordination and communication on different levels and working together with people in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities
To work as a Scrum Master within IT at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list will include:
• Plan and coordinate the daily work within the team
• Handle incoming change requests from business, prioritize and plan them together with the System Responsible
• Have estimations and retrospectives etc. with the team
• Coordinate activities with other BI teams, maintenance and surrounding systems
• Responsibility for the Jira structure and administration
• Release planning and coordination
• Improve agile ways of working and processes
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• 5 years of experience within the IT development area
• 2 years of experience from acting as a Scrum Master or similar
• Experience from working agile in a large organization
• Some experience from working with requirements
• You have worked closely with business and have an understanding of how IT solutions can support business processes
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience from Business Intelligence is a plus
