About the job Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is in many ways driving the change. The area is responsible for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of channels and tools used in customer interactions.
The cross functional team you will be joining is developing Swedbank's next generation engagement and personal financial management services. The ambition is to provide a complete overview of our customers' financials which is the most important building block to remain the financial access point for our customers and keeping the digital relationship in our channels.
The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coaches the team members. You are helping the team to remove impediments and works for continuous improvements.
The role includes:
Coaching the team to deliver sustainable high velocity and quality
Managing, leading and following up on activities and initiatives within the team
Coordinating with other teams and Scrum Masters
Arranging and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, participate in weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings, monthly release meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
Continuously improving the way of working
Ensuring agile methodology adherence
Working with team building

We are looking for a person with:
Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices and roles
Knowledge from development (for example front end, back end technologies)
Ability to coordinate and make things happen

Good communication skills
Ability to think outside the box and willingness to do things differently
Relevant academic degree within IT
Fluent in both Swedish and English
Considered as an advantage:
Strong knowledge within Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, Json
What you may have worked with previously Software Development
Project management
Service management
Agile methodologies
The role requires great communication skills along with a cooperative mindset.
