In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate with the RTE and other Scrum Masters.
• Ensure alignment with Swedbank central release process.
• Remove impediments.

What is needed in this role:
• Proven experience of SAFe and the role as a Scrum Master
• Passionate and inspiring leadership
• Responsibility and accountability
• Strong communications skills and fluency in English and Swedish
• Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence
