We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. You will be a key part of the digitalization of the intra-logistic business by taking advanced software products to the market. In addition to your individual contribution, you will be a strong change agent in our journey towards a Scaled Agile implementation.
Your main role will be to help the team members solve problems and achieve continuous improvement, learning and adapting from the experience gained during the development process.
As Scrum Master at Toyota Logistics Solutions you facilitate and lead the team's work according to Scrum. You act as a coach for the teams and provide feedback and advice if necessary. You create a good working climate for your team by removing obstacles that arise. You are also a single point of contact for the team towards internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Find techniques for effective Product Backlog management
Ensure that the Agile Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
Understand and practice agile ways of working principles as an expert
Facilitate agile events as requested or needed
Coach the teams in self-organization
Coach the teams in organizational environments in which agile is not yet fully adopted and understood

Your profile
We are searching for someone who has:
Great interest in developing and leading people
Previous experience of working as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach
At least 5 years relevant experience within a product development organization, including both SW and Documentation that are released as a well-defined product in regular intervals.
Great English speaking/writing skills
As a person you are positive, structured and pragmatic and bring energy and drive to the teams you work with. You focus on solving problems without prestige. You are truly a "do-er", willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the program move forward.
Fluent English as well as Swedish.
Experience of SAFe is a merit.
