About the job You will lead and coach one of our cross-functional agile teams to improve the development and maintenance of our Pension and Insurance business. You will work in close cooperation with our Business partners and together with team members, be involved in the development process from start to end.
Your main role will be to:
Coach the team to deliver value and solve problems
Coordinate with other teams and Scrum Masters
Arrange and facilitate the ceremonies according to agile methodology such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
Ensures adherence to SWAP
Continuously improve our way of working in the full Value Stream as well as together with Business
Contribute to effective Product Backlog management
Interact with team managers, APO's and other stakeholders
What you need to succeed You have a genuine interest in people and team-building.
You are a committed to realizing business value with high quality. As a person you are communicative and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are open and adaptable to change and you have proficient language skills in Swedish and English. You have preferably an academic degree in an engineering discipline and proven work experience on the Agile field

Advisory & distribution team contains 11 people with a mix of software engineers (TDE/PEGA), business analysts, and an APO.
