You will be a part of a team that is linked to Scania's global digitalization strategy and will develop and safeguard one of Scania's most important services, Scania Maintenance with Flexible Plans. We develop and maintain a tailor-made flexible maintenance service that aids in optimizing our customers' vehicles visits to our repair shops based on real time usage and performance information. The purpose is to keep the vehicles in mint condition and achieving maximal operational security and availability. The Flexible Plans are currently in use in Europe and roll-out continues globally.
Your role
Your role as a Scrum Master is to coach, challenge and improve! You ensure that the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes that the team has agreed to use. You clear obstacles, protect the team from interruptions and help the team to keep up a good communication with the product owner and other stakeholders. You also facilitate team meetings such as sprint planning and retrospective.
Your profile
We think that you are an experienced Scrum Master who truly believes in the agile way of working, high performing teams and are eager to play a central role in our agile transformation. You are a Servant Leader that value working with self-organized teams and you strive to ensure high qualitative deliveries together with your team.
