The role
We are looking for a Scrum Master, who will work for one of our customers here in Gothenburg
In this role you will serve as a Scrum Master for 1-2 development teams. The role includes managing small to medium technical software projects across cross-functional teams. You will get the opportunity to create project plans, communicate status and risks across the teams, collaborate with all technical staff on creating workflow documents, instructions etc.
This is an opportunity for you who wants to work in an exciting environment, with products that really matter for a lot of people. You will have great freedom to affect your everyday life. The work is flexible, you can work from home and some days at the office.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master degree within Computer Science or relevant area
• 3+ years of technical project management experience
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a high regard for quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools.
• Experience working in a regulated software Development environment
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus
• Experience working in Health Care, Digital Health or Medical Devices is a plus.
