What is needed in this role:
• Relevant university degree or a great reason for not having one
• Previous work experience with SAFe methodology
• Previous work experience within IT or Financial industry
• Having a strong coaching and supporting mindset
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence is an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills
• Scrum Master / SAFe certification
• Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a plus
