About the position
Perido is now helping our client to find a Scrum Master to strengthen their team. Our client is a well-known bank and the position will be placed at their office in Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In your role as Scrum Master you will have the responsible for ensuring that the agile methodology is understood and enacted by the team. Among many other tasks, your workdays will include:
Coaching your team in all aspects of the SAFe ways of working
Organize and facilitate the team ceremonies like PI planning, iteration planning, retrospective, facilitate daily stand-ups as well as other agile meetings
Improve and secure the deliveries within maintenance and development
The position will involve close collaboration with people across the organization.
Your qualifications
In addition to that you are good at structuring the work, we believe that you are social and good at handling many contacts. We also believe that you are pedagogical and have a willing to teach and coach the developers. Moreover, you can easily see what needs to be done and getting it done. It is an advantage if you have a programming background and that you are comfortable to write code.

Requirements
University education in relevant field
A few years work experience as a Scrum Master
Experiences of agile methodology and people management
Expereience of SAFe
Certification in SAFe 4 Agilist
Experience of JIRA
Expert of Agile Methodology
Experience of platform development and maintenance
Great leadership skills
Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal in English
Meritorious
Work experience as an Agile coach
Contract type and hours
Fulltime, start 2020-11-02 consulting assignment to 2021-03-31, with possibility to get hired directly at the client.
