hela Sverige The newly started group New Technology Office within Shared IT is responsible for developing new services and deliveries based on new technology. We are involved in the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production. Scania is undergoing a very exciting change towards automation and digital journey with an increase use of agile methods.
We are now looking for an additional member to the team. We are looking for a person who will take the lead in the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) journey at Scania. You will play a very central role in the establishment of the team, implementation of the service, and create a network within Scania. We can offer work close to operations with technical variation at a company with a very good working environment.
Your work assignments
You are responsible for the service and to deliver according to business needs.
You will be planning the requests and having close interactions with the business.
You will be responsible for facilitating the team meetings and coaching the members on their way towards being high-performance teams.
You will also be responsible for protecting the team from external distractions and will serve as a link to the outside world.
You will be responsible for the whole delivery of automation of business processes including frequent collaboration with external supplier.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with:
Good experience of delivering IT services.
Experience and knowledge of agile software development.
A genuine interest in and preferably a few years' experience of agile methods.
Good knowledge of Business Analysis, process and technical documentation.
Self-motivation and the ability to lead others.
The commitment and motivation to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
A university education within IT or equivalent experience.
You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently when required.
You are an accomplished communicator with good social skills.
