IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team who have an interest to work with business change development and world-class IT deliveries. An important part of the change in the IT landscape will be deliveries based on SAP. As an Scrum Master you are a member of the Scania IT team at Digital Core. In order to become more data centric, achieve a single source of truth and have a modular IT landscape for speed and flexibility we need to set a solid foundation with a clean digital core and a standardized Industrial ERP backbone based on SAP S/4 Hana.
Having the standards and fundamentals in place, we will increase our agility and rapidly differentiate where we can have a competitive advantage.

We want this from you
• Natural leader with a very good understanding of agile culture and ways of working.
• 3 years of experience of leadership experience as a scrum master or equal in IT experienced with agile.
• Ability to understand SAP S4/Hana, IT terms and IT environment is an advantage.
• Are easily adaptable to varying business needs, yet at the same time challenge the business if the requirement is not backed with a valid user story/business case.
• Commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve.
• Good self-confidence and self-motivation and are curious to learn new things.
• Experience in understanding, analysing and prioritising new demands.
• Ability to understand the supply chain process is an advantage.
• Scrum Master - Scrum-certification PSM (Professional Scrum master) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish and added plus.
