We are looking for a Scrum Master/Delivery Leader to join the Customs 4 Volvo (C4V) Customs team!
If you have experience as a Scrum Master and/or as a Delivery Leader and would like to develop your competencies within Customs, then this might be the position for you.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working in a team that has the responsibility to maintain, roll-out and develop capabilities in the Customs area. The main application in your responsibility will be C4V.
In this role you will be leading the team in the daily work, securing our continued development when it comes to agile ways of working, following the OneRhythm concept and in a Stable team set-up.
You will be responsible for securing the team deliveries operationally, including SLA fulfilment, efficient set-up of the team and the ways of working and making sure we align to decided directives and frameworks. You will manage the interaction with other teams as well as with our COTS supplier. You will support the team during increment planning and execution, working closely with the Digital Product Owner of the team.
As we change the way of working with our COTS supplier, you will be responsible for the operational co-operation with them, developing the relationship and the collaboration. It is of strategic importance to AB Volvo to improve on this topic and you will play a vital part of that
As our products are always growing and evolving, we also encourage our employees to grow and develop both technical end personal skills. The coming years we see big shifts in strategy - technical as well as on the business side - manifested in a really interesting roadmap for the Customs area and we will expect and encourage you to grow within your role as well, to meet new expectations and needs. In addition, you will support the Delivery Manager to identify competence needs and growth possibilities for team members as well as capacity needs

Experience as a scrum master or working in an agile team
Good multitasking skills to keep track of all ongoing projects and initiatives
Great communication skills
Experience of vendor management, handling COTS suppliers
BSc or MSc degree in mechatronics/electrical engineering or equivalent
