We are responsible for the transition from conventional powertrains to electromobility and to secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. Electro Propulsion is a department within Volvo Group Trucks Technology, which is responsible for developing the electric driveline. The driveline and its components are supplied to all Volvo Group's brands and are used in trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine and industrial applications. About the role
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is highly collaborative and who knows how to work in an agile organization. Understanding embedded function development and system design work is key, as well as knowing the value of the the customer's perspective. On a daily basis you will manage the product backlog and ensure high quality of deliverables through clear definition of acceptance criteria. The role also involves leading and arranging scrum events. Other great assets are knowledge of automotive industry, batteries, electric machines, charging system, testing and verification.

Requirements:
MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics or equivalent
Experienced in embedded software development, Mathlab, Simulink
Experienced in automotive industry
Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
