Your responsibilities
You will work as a Scrum Master with two of our development teams and two of the Company's Product Owner. Together, you work to meet the needs of users.
At Sales IT we work with applications that support the sales process. The applications the teams you will mainly work with support the sales of our products in the secondary market as well as provide support for the rental of our products as well as order information before the product reaches the end customer
In the two teams, three and four full stack developers also work. Today we have close cooperation with the activities where the product owners sit.
Today we work with four scrum masters who possess broad competence and experience in agile methods, testing automation and leadership of self-organizing teams. It is primarily in these areas that we want to continue to develop together with our development team.
Your profile
You are an experienced Scrum Master, you are good at communicating and challenging team and product owners in work processes and methods to continually improve us in our endeavor to effectively meet users' needs for sys. You are brave, enthusiastic and you do not hesitate to help the team eliminate what prevents them from reaching goals.
The location
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Södertälje.
