About the job
In this position you collaborate with vendors, internal support areas and other teams to establish optimally functioning processes for system optimization, incident management, development practices etc.
Included in your mission is to:
Manage development teams as Scrum master.
Handle inquiries in ServiceNow and Jira.
Create and maintain manageable processes and documentation for all aspects of administration and development.
Manage customer interaction to determine requirements and success factors for requests.
Assess customer requests.
The location for this position is either in Stockholm or Sandviken.
Your character
We're looking for someone who holds a bachelor's degree in IT, has a problem-solving attitude and the ability to think clearly under pressure. You're also skilled in stakeholder management and used to navigating complex challenges. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English, while knowing Swedish is beneficial.
To be successful in this role, you also need experience and knowledge in/of:
Splunk, SPL (Splunk search language), Git, Python programming and Jira.
Monitoring, analytics and diagnostics application management for Splunk.
Development and API, such as Python, Perl and XML.
Data on-boarding activities - including custom parsing rules, custom Technology Add-On building according to Splunk's Common Information Model (CIM).
Additionally, knowledge in Ansible, HTML or HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery are advantageous but not a requirement.
